The position of Supply Chain Managerwill be different every day. You will work a lot with both internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure that our products are delivered efficiently, on time and at the lowest cost. We are looking for a Supply Chain Managerwho can take our operational processes to the next level.
What are your responsibilities?
As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the process flow of our supply chain (import, warehouse, export). Your responsibilities will also include the following tasks:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies in alignment with the SILICON strategy.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate terms for raw materials and services.
Oversee the logistics process, including planning, booking, and tracking shipments.
Implement demand forecasting systems to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Collaborate with various departments to optimize supply chain activities.
Lead the supply chain team and ensure their professional growth.
Ensure compliance with transportation and import/export regulations.
Directly and indirectly manage the supply chain team (5 employees).
What are your qualities?
We are looking for a Supply Chain Managerwho can act fast, keep the overview, and who recognizes themselves in this profile:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical environment.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management.
Excellent command of English, command of Dutch is a pre
Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
