What are your responsibilities
As a QHSE Employee, you are essential in ensuring the quality, safety, and sustainability of our operations. You’ll monitor product quality, promote safety and support the continuous improvement of our processes while also being accountable for the following:
Conduct initial, interim, and final quality checks together with production staff.
Ensure compliance with procedures and work instructions.
Coach colleagues on quality standards and safe working methods.
Ensure products meet required standards and adjust processes if necessary.
Support compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001).
Investigate and document incidents, near-misses, and non-conformities using 8D methodology.
Help maintain and improve HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies and practices.
Conduct system compliance tests and support vendor qualification processes.
What are your qualities?
We're looking for an QHSE Employee who possesses a strong communication skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Secondary vocational education or equivalent.
Additional training in safety (e.g., MVK or equivalent) is preferred.
2–5 years of experience in an industrial production environment.
Proficient with Microsoft 365;
Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and coaching skills.
A hands-on, proactive attitude with attention to detail and quality
